Chelsea Offer Paredes £35M

DBasia.news – Chelsea faced difficulty while signing Nicolo Barella from Cagliari. Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Leandro Paredes is the alternative to replace him. Eurosport reported Chelsea upgraded their offer.

Sarri won’t hide his intention to find Cesc Fabregas who joined AS Monaco. After the initial offer worth £31M refused by the Russian club, Chelsea are trying to upgrade the offer to be £35M.

Paredes just joined Zenit St Petersburg fro, AS Roma during 2017 summer transfer market for a four-year contract. His transfer fee was 23 million euro with an additional option reaches 4 million euro.

Paredes had his debut with Argentina national team under Jorge Sampaoli in the friendly match against Brasil in Singapore. He scored his first goal in that debut.
