Chelsea’s Appeal about Embargo Transfer Denied by FIFA

DBasia.news – Chelsea continue to make every effort to suspend penalties from FIFA related to player transfer restrictions for two periods. Chelsea broke the rules of recruiting young players and were given penalties by FIFA. However, Chelsea’s appeal was rejected by FIFA.
Similar sanctions have been given to three Spanish giants, namely Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Atletico Madrid. When they file an appeal, the process of sanctions given to them is postponed until a decision is reached regarding the acceptance or rejection of the binging.
As reported by the official Chelsea website, Maurizio Sarri’s team issued a statement saying they were surprised by the response given by FIFA regarding their refusal to delay the transfer ban sanctions given to the team while they were still awaiting the results of the appeals they submitted.
The Blues feel unfairly treated compared to the other three clubs mentioned earlier, who have received delays in transfer ban sanctions when their appeal has not yet received a decision to accept or reject it.
At present, the West London team is considering further steps they can take, and understands that in a statement issued by the FIFA Appeals Committee, they have the right to file a further appeal to the Sports Arbitration Committee (CAS).
