Chelsea’s Golden Age is Over

Chelsea

DBasia.news –  Soccer observer Graeme Souness, assesses that Chelsea’s heyday has ended. According to him, currently, Chelsea has many competitors.

Chelsea entered an era of glory since it was bought by a Russian tycoon, Roman Abramovich in 2003. The Blues then won a total of 15 trophies.

But now Chelsea are in a difficult situation. The Blues threatened to fail to enter the top four of the Premier League final aka the Champions League zone deadline.

Also, Chelsea are threatened to get sanctions for the transfer market for violations. The Blues are almost certain to be sentenced to two transfer exchanges to ban bringing in new players.

Souness feels Chelsea will not win the trophy anytime soon. “This is a difficult time for Chelsea. In my opinion, they are in the vast ocean at the moment. I don’t think they will win the trophy anytime soon.”

“If you are Eden Hazard, one of the best footballers in the world. You are at the top of your career and want to win the trophy. Do you survive at Chelsea? I don’t think so,” Souness said

“Chelsea look difficult to get into the top four of the Premier League. In my opinion, Chelsea has a difficult decision, sell Eden Hazard or release it for free,” he added.
