DBasia.news – Christian Eriksen’s condition is claimed to have improved and is now able to laugh out loud. But, Eriksen has not thought at all to hang up his shoes.

Eriksen almost lost his life while defending Denmark in the opening match of Group B Euro 2020 against Finland, Saturday (12/6/2021). In the 41st minute, Eriksen collapsed and was unconscious.

Danish teammates and team doctors made every effort to keep him alive and successful, the terrible incident had worried all football people, especially the Eriksen family who watched live at the Parken stadium.

Eriksen was conscious when he was carried off the field on a stretcher and then taken to hospital for further treatment. Eriksen is now much more stable and can even joke with his family.

The Inter Milan player is happy with the support that flows so that it keeps him motivated. Eriksen even still believes he will be allowed to play again, although lately many have predicted he will retire early.

“We spoke this morning (Sunday). He can joke around, he’s in a very good mood, I think he’s fine,” Christian Eriksen’s agent, Martin Schoots, told Gazzetta.

“We all understand what happened to him and he does too: the doctor will carry out in-depth tests, so we need time.”

“He is very happy, because he knows a lot of people who love him. He receives support from all over the world. And he was really surprised by the support at Inter: not only his team-mates, but also the fans.”

“Christian hasn’t given up. He and his family made sure that everyone knows they are so grateful. Half the people in the world contact us, they’re worried. Now he just needs a break, his girlfriend and his parents with him.”

“Tomorrow (Monday) he still has to undergo another examination, maybe Tuesday as well. But, nevertheless he wants to support his friends against Belgium,” concluded Schoots.
