Courtois Pass Chelsea’s Training, Signal for Madrid?

DBasia.news – Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois sent the signal to join Real Madrid because the Belgium national team was absent from Chelsea’s training with no clear reason.

Some Chelsea players like Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante came back with the rest of the team on Monday (6/8). But, Courtois didn’t come along. In fact, seeing his journey in the 2018 World Cup, the goalkeeper had no difference to Hazard and Kante.

The situation raised the speculation of Courtois’ future. Moreover, some British media assumed the 26-year-old goalkeeper did that in purpose to let the club let him go to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid are now trying to get Courtois. The former Atletico Madrid player believed perfect to fill the goalkeeper position, one of El Real’s weaknesses.

Meanwhile, Chelsea refused the plan. The new manager Maurizio Sarri wanted to meet with Courtois to reach the agreement.

The absence of Thibaut Courtois made Maurizio Sarri to think twice. Moreover, Chelsea will go to Huddersfield home in the first week of 2018-2019 Premier League in John Smith’s Stadium, Saturday (11/8). In that match, it’s predicted that Willy Caballero will fill the goalkeeper position.
