Daniel James’s vengeance to Manchester United

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Daniel James carries a special mission in the Leeds United match against Manchester United in the 2021-2022 Premier League continuation. He was determined to score and celebrate.

James was released by Manchester United on a permanent basis ahead of the close of the summer transfer window last year. Leeds United redeemed the Welshman with a dowry of £25 million pounds.

Manchester United’s decision to release James had invited questions. Apart from being young, the player has quite an important role on the front lines of the Red Devils.

There are rumors that the sale of James was done not because of tactical considerations. This is solely for the sake of giving the player’s number 21 jersey to Edinson Cavani to accommodate Cristiano Ronaldo’s return.

Whether the rumors were true or not, James seemed unconcerned. He is focused on developing his career with Leeds.

So far James is able to appear regularly with Leeds. He has scored four goals and provided two assists in 24 matches in all competitions.

The incision became James’s capital to challenge Manchester United. He certainly has a desire to make his ex regret it.

“Would I celebrate if I scored? Of course,” James said, as quoted by the Times.

This statement became the spice of the match titled The Roses Derby. Leeds and Manchester United do have a long rivalry.

But James insists he still respects Manchester United. He has a special reason to keep celebrating if he scores a goal.

“I love Man United and went well and still have a lot of friends there. But it’s a great feeling if you can score goals, so of course I will celebrate,” he concluded.
