Dele Alli Isn’t Eligible for Strengthening the England national team
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Football observer, Roy Keane, believes the England national team should not call Dele Alli again, because the appearance of Tottenham Hotspur midfielder has declined.
Dele Alli’s name did not exist when England was defeated by the Czech Republic in the continued qualification of Euro 2020 Group A. This decision could not be separated from his condition that was recovering from injury.
Even so, Roy Keane asked that coach Gareth Southgate forget the midfielder. For him, many young players are more suitable to defend the Three Lions than Alli.
“Dele Alli is too busy with commercial activities and that affects her performance on the field. We can see him playing poorly lately and he is no longer eligible to play for the national team,” Keane said to ITV, Saturday (10/12/2019).
“They should have done that since last year and they don’t need to call him now. That is soccer. “When the time comes, young English players must take this opportunity because many of them are more worthy of being called,” he added.
The condition of MK Dons academy dropout players this season is indeed down. Just imagine, he just played in one Premier League match.
Dele Alli started the season with a hamstring injury. Even after recovering, his name was not included in the starting 11 of Tottenham Hotspur. He has always reserved Mauricio Pochettino in the last four Premier League matches.
