DBasia.news –  Chelsea can breathe a sigh of relief regarding the transfer of players next season. As FIFA has accepted the appeal they submitted.

Previously the FIFA Disciplinary Committee imposed a transfer ban on Chelsea for two years. The decision was made after the London club was found guilty of bringing in players under the age of 18 several years ago.

Not accepting the decision, the club then appealed to FIFA. The club owned by Roman Abramovich was able to breathe a sigh of relief after their appeal was approved.

Even so there is no definite decision regarding this agreement. But what is certain is that the chief of world football is asking that the sentences handed down be suspended temporarily.

This suspension is also not certain to be done as it is still waiting for the FIFA Appeals Committee meeting in the near future. Meanwhile, Chelsea’s appeal does not apply to fines given to them.

Chelsea are still required to pay a fine of 460 thousand pounds. While the FA as the English football federation has to pay 390 thousand pounds as they are considered to be negligent in carrying out  the regulations.
