DBasia.news –  Bayern Munich won the victory when they travel to Stamford Bridge in the Champions League first leg against Chelsea on Wednesday (26/02) early morning Western Indonesian Timewith a score of 3-0. Serge Gnabry, attacking midfielder Die Roten, managed to become a hero by scoring two goals.

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger revealed how he had lost Serge Gnabry and now appeared impressive with Bayern Munich.

Wenger acknowledged that Gnabry had extraordinary talent, but the Frenchman questioned Gnabry’s commitment to his team.

” Gnabry has no limits. He has speed, strength, technical ability. He is very smart, but he likes to choose the easy way. That’s the problem,” Wenger was quoted as saying by Metro.

Wenger, who had coached Arsenal in mid-1996-2018, also admitted that Arsenal did not want to let Gnabry go. But what happened, instead Gnabry docked to Bayern Munich after being loaned to West Bromwich Albion and sold to Werder Bremen.

“We have an agreement with him. Because he did not play at West Brom, I released him to the German Under-21 national team. He performed very well and we have prepared a new contract for him,” said Wenger.

“Then suddenly, he wanted to go to Werden Bremen. No more than a year in Bremen, he had been bought by Bayern Munich,” he added.

The former Arsenal player was brought to Bayern Munich at the age of 16 at a price of 10 million euros (around Rp. 151 Billion) from Werder Bremen.

The results were immediately impressive, he made it into the first team and became the second-youngest player in Arsenal’s history to play at a Premier League club at the age of 17.
