France beat Austria, Netherlands managed to win in Poland

DBasia.news – The matches which were held during the September international break have already started. The two countries whose action is most anticipated at the 2022 World Cup are the Netherlands and France.
There were no surprises from the two countries. France overcame Austria at the Stade de France with a score of 2-0. Two goals from Didier Deschamps’ Les Bleus were scored by two different generations of strikers, Kylian Mbappe (56′) and Olivier Giroud (65′).
France practically did not give Ralf Rangnick’s Austria a chance to develop with 61 possession, 22 kicks (six on target). Austria did not even release a single kick on target from four experiments.
Deschamps also used the match as an experiment with the 3-4-1-2 tactic, fielding new names such as Benoit Badiashile, Jonathan Clauss and Youssouf Fofana. The only concern – especially for AC Milan – is the injury to goalkeeper Mike Maignan.
France are currently in third place with five points from five matches in League A Group 1 Nations League, one point above Austria. Croatia is in first place (10 points) and Denmark is in second (nine points).
Meanwhile, the Netherlands led by Louis van Gaal triumphed at the National Stadium Warsaw, the headquarters of Poland, with a 2-0 victory. The Dutch overcame Robert Lewandowski well and scored twice from Cody Gakpo (13′) and Steven Bergwijn (60′).
Two goals from two shots on target by the Dutch proved their playing efficiency, the Netherlands also had better ball possession (59 percent). Currently the Netherlands is in first place in League 1 Group 4 with 13 points, followed by Belgium (10 points), Poland (four points) and Wales (one point).
