Gian Piero Gasperini is considered suitable to be Juventus’ tactician
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Former Juventus player, Raffaele Palladino, thinks Gian Piero Gasperini is a suitable coach to replace Andrea Pirlo as the Bianconeri tactician. According to Palladino, Gasperini has everything to coach Juve.
Andrea Pirlo has been on the line after Juventus were 12 points behind leaders Inter Milan. With conditions like this, Juve are threatened with failing to defend the title.
In fact, Juventus were also unsafe in the Champions League zone position. Juventus is only three points away from fifth place, Napoli.
As a result, many coaches have been linked to replace Pirlo. One of them is Gian Piero Gasperini.
“Gasperini has his own methods and a strong personality. He forced himself when he joined a new club,” Palladino told Gazzetta dello Sport.
Gasperini coached Palladino at Crotone and in the Juventus youth team. “I think he will be the ideal contender for players like Federico Chiesa and Dejan Kulusevski,” he continued.
“I said the same thing for six to seven years. Gasperini is ready for Juventus.”
“His playing style is modern and will be perfect for many Juventus players. Gasperini knows the environment very well and has everything to succeed at a club like Juventus,” he stated.
Gasperini spent nearly 10 years as coach of the Juventus youth team. Then, Gasperini was appointed as Atalanta coach in 2016. In the last four seasons, Gasperini has brought La Dea into the top four.
Interestingly, Gasperini was able to steal Juventus’ attention when the two teams faced each other in the Serie A continued match on Sunday (18/4). In the duel, Atalanta played as the host.
