Guardiola Isn’t Envy Liverpool Transfer Activity

By news-admin

DBasia.news – Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, gives a comment regarding the Liverpool activity in the transfer market. The Spanish manager doesn’t envy with what The Reds did in the market.

Liverpool became out of the box in the transfer market after spending more than 150 million euro to get four new players, Navy Keita, Fabinho, Xherdan Shaqiri, and Alisson. Moreover, the latter was breaking the record of the world most expensive goalkeeper worth 75 million euro.

This condition is extremely different compared to The Citizens, known as a rich club. Though in the previous season they often spent money, until now, Manchester City just got Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City.

However, it doesn’t make Guardiola worry. The former Barcelona coach said each team have their own way to be the best.

“Every club does what they believe. I understand the money completely,” Pep Guardiola quoted by Soccerway.

“I’m not concerned at what someone says one day (in the past). Liverpool believe they need these players and spend this money so I’m not judging what they’re doing,” he insisted.
