Hakim Ziyech Reveals his Reason for Joining Chelsea

In an interview, the former Ajax Amsterdam player claimed to have been thrilled with his decision to move to the London Blue. He didn’t just make a decision. He liked the style of football owned by coach Frank Lampard. So steadily the Moroccan star was heading to Stamford Bridge.

“I like the style he is using now. I made a big decision to join Chelsea because of an attacking game,” Ziyech said as quoted on Sky Sports, Wednesday (7/15).

“There are Didier Drogba, Lampard and John Terry here. All are big players,” Ziyech stated.

He is now with Blues. It was an honor for him to enter the team’s locker room, which had been filled with legends. Ziyech has been registered as a Chelsea player since July 2020. But he has not been able to strengthen the London Blue’s troops until the season ends.
