Harry Kane’s Future Plans at Bayern Munich
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Finally, Robert Lewandowski has left Bayern Munich for Barcelona.
Bayern will appear different under Julian Nagelsmann especially after they signed Sadio Mane. Without Lewandowski Bayern will stay strong and that’s what Lewandowski also believes.
“I think FC Bayern has so many talented attacking players that it doesn’t need a number nine, a real centre-forward! FC Bayern’s attack was incredible, they managed it really well, even without a special replacement for me,” said Lewandowski recently.
With Mane, Leroy Sane, Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry, Bayern still pose a threat as Nagelsmann has the potential to play different football at Bayern.
However, the idea of replacing Lewandowski is still being considered by Bayern Munich. His replacement candidate? England captain, Harry Kane. This transfer target is not an easy target to recruit.
Tottenham Hotspur will keep all-out players who have a minimum tag of 100 million euros. Kane (28) also has a contract until June 30, 2024. Not only Tottenham, Antonio Conte also will not want to lose Kane in the middle of the project he is developing at the club.
Kane is a product of the Tottenham academy and has played there for some time, though trophies are still a rarity for him and it could make him leave Tottenham.
Nagelsmann praised Kane’s qualities but he considered it challenging to sign him at this time in the summer of 2022. However, there is a chance that Bayern will target him in the future.
“He (Kane) is expensive, that’s the problem, but a brilliant player, one of two or three who can play as a centre-forward (and also) a number 10, but he’s strong, brilliant with his head and with both feet,” Nagelsmann sais as quoted from Dailymail.
“He can score a lot of goals in the Bundesliga, I don’t know the price, but it’s tough for Bayern Munich. We’ll see what happens in the future.”
In line with Nagelsmann being the CEO of Bayern Munich, Oliver Kahn, previously spoke about Kane. Representing Bayern, Kahn believes Kane is in Bayern’s future plans.
“He is under contract with Tottenham. Of course, an absolute top striker, but it is all a dream for the future. Now we have to see how to put together the squad for this season. So let’s see what else happens,” said Kahn. So, it’s clear Kane is in Bayern’s future plans.
