DBasia.news – Three months after experiencing a heart attack, former Real Madrid goalkeeper, Iker Casillas, was reportedly included in the FC Porto squad.
The decision of FC Porto coaching staff to include Casillas’ name on the squad list this season is certainly questionable, as the 38-year-old goalkeeper on May 17, 2019 then had decided to retire from football.
Casillas’s name in the team nicknamed Dragoes was to be a long-term management plan.
Some time ago FC Porto was rumored to make Casillas as part of the team coaching staff in the future.
On May 1, 2019, Casillas reportedly had a heart attack and had to be rushed to the hospital. As reported by A Bola, Casillas underwent routine training with FC Porto.
However, he then felt something was wrong and felt very tired. The club acted quickly by bringing the former Spanish national team goalkeeper to the hospital.
