Indra Sjafri Asked U19 Indonesia National Team to Be Maximum Against China

DBasia.news – The U19 Indonesia national team just played draw 2-2 against Thailand in their first match in the U19 PSSI Anniversary Tournament at Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, Bogor. The disappointing result will be the motivation for Indra Sjafri squad in facing the second match against China, Tuesday (25/9) night.

The U19 national team coach, Indra Sjafri, said that his squad should be better against China, after the draw result against U19 Thailand. However, he hasn’t decided whether to rotate the player or not in the match against U19 China.

“This tournament is far more important to plan our strategy, the match against China is just a beginning. If the players are better, they have to do the best in the match, do the best. We will decide about the rotation later,” Indra Sjafri said.

Meanwhile, U19 national team player Asnawi Mangkualam really wants his team to win against China.

“We did the coach instruction, but there was a little mistake so we got conceded in the first and second round. There was an obstacle so we couldn’t win tonight,” Asnawi said commenting about U19 national team’s draw against U19 Thailand.

“Against China, we have to be better, this is our home so we have to win.”
