Inter Milan Warns Chelsea, Romelu Lukaku Is Not for Sale

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Chelsea did not rush to buy players in the transfer market this summer, considering they had done so last year when they signed Kai Havertz, Thiago Silva, Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Ben Chilwell and Edouard Mendy.

Now the club nicknamed The Blues is allegedly focused on strengthening the attack line in the center forward position. Although last season won the Champions League under Thomas Tuchel, Chelsea still have problems scoring goals up front.

Timo Werner has not scored many goals while Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud have rarely played. The last name mentioned has left for AC Milan. No doubt Chelsea want to fill that one void.

Chelsea’s first priority is still Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland. But it was not easy for Chelsea to sign him, especially after Dortmund sold Jadon Sancho to Manchester United.

Haaland’s official tag is no less than 150 million euros. Chelsea also began to switch to another hunt and one alternative is the former club striker who is now strengthening Inter Milan, Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku (28 years old) played at Chelsea in 2011-2012 and 2013-14 before being loaned out to Everton. His career was down with Manchester United but is now back with Inter and last season won the Scudetto.

At that age Lukaku matured in his game and became one of the top strikers in Europe. However, according to Tuttosport, Inter will not let him go, especially after selling Achraf Hakimi for 71 million euros to PSG.

After Hakimi’s departure, Inter labeled key players such as Lukaku, Nicolo Barella and Alessandro Bastoni as ‘untouchable’ or not for sale. Even if Lukaku is released, the price is not less than 120 million euros.
