Inter Milan will only Release Hakimi, Lukaku is Safe

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Inter Milan have reportedly contacted Romelu Lukaku to explain their plans for next season. The Nerazzurri informed Big Rom that they would only release Achraf Hakimi in the next summer transfer window.

Inter Milan are reportedly entangled in financial problems. The Nerazzurri need at least 80 million euros to cover the capital gains.

As a result, Inter plans to sell star players to reach that amount. The decision was taken as Il Biscione experienced a decline in revenue due to the corona virus pandemic.

So far, the main player who is rumored to be leaving is Achraf Hakimi. The Moroccan full-back caught the attention of Paris Saint-Germain.

Inter will not let Hakimi go for less. The Nerazzurri have valued Hakimi at 80 million euros.

Apart from Hakimi, the player who is also rumored to be leaving is Romelu Lukaku. Reportedly, the Belgian national team striker was on the radar of a number of British teams.

However, according to Fabrizio Romano, Inter have absolutely no intention of selling Lukaku. Inter management and aspiring new coach, Filipo Inzaghi, have contacted Lukaku to explain their plans in the transfer market.

Inter will not overhaul its core players. Fabrizio Romano insists, Lukaku will still be a key player for Inter next season.

Therefore, there will not be a major overhaul in Inter’s core framework next season.

Looking for a replacement for Hakimi

Inter Milan also started looking for a replacement for Hakimi. News stated that Inter are monitoring Barcelona defender who was loaned to Real Betis last season, Emerson Royal.

In addition, Inter are also interested in the wing-back of the Italian national team, Alessandro Florenzi. The player returned to AS Roma after PSG decided not to activate his ransom clause.
