Inter Milan’s winning streak at home stops

DBasia.news – Inter Milan drew 2-2 when they hosted Atalanta in the Italian League. This result stopped Inter’s winning streak at home.

The Inter vs Atalanta duel in the sixth week of the Italian League was held at the Giuseppe Meazza, Saturday (25/9/2021) evening, WIB. Inter trailed 1-2 in the first half.

Not long after, Atalanta scored a goal through Roberto Piccoli’s kick. However, the referee annulled it a the ball went out of bounds in the process of a goal being scored.

With this draw, Inter have dropped points for the first time in an Italian league home game in almost a year. Prior to facing Atalanta, the Nerazzurri recorded 18 home wins in a row in Serie A.

The last time Inter failed to win at home in the Italian League was in October 2020. At that time, Inter were held to a draw by Parma with a score of 2-2.

Inter Milan has now collected 14 points in third place in the Italian League standings. Simone Inzaghi’s tea won four wins and two draws in six matches.
