Isco joins Madrid’s rival

By db-admin

DBasia.news – The transfer of players from Real Madrid in the transfer market this summer is still happening again, now it’s Isco’s turn to leave and join Madrid’s rivals in LaLiga, Sevilla.

Players coming and going at Real Madrid have not been evenly matched this summer. If Madrid are fond of signing star players, now many players have exited.

So far, Madrid have only brought in Aurelien Tchouameni and Antonio Rudiger. Meanwhile, more players left such as Borja Mayoral, Takefusa Kubo, Miguel Gituerrez, Luka Jovic, Gareth Bale and Marcelo.

Now, the latest news states that Isco has found his next port. The 30-year-old midfielder joined Sevilla on a free transfer.

“Sevilla FC have in principle reached an agreement with the player Francisco Roman Alarcon Suarez, known in football as Isco (Benalmadena, Malaga, April 21, 1992) to join as Sevilla FC’s third signing for the 2022-2023 season,” Sevilla wrote.

“The player is already in Sevilla, for a medical test this Monday. If all goes well, he will sign his contract for the next two seasons.”

Isco has played for Real Madrid since the summer of 2013. At that time, he joined from Malaga for a fee of 30 million euros. Isco made 352 appearances with 53 goals and 56 assists.

However, in recent seasons the midfielder has not had much opportunity to play. Therefore, it is understandable if Isco chooses to leave. Moreover, he needs to obtain playing time if he wants to be brought by the Spanish national team to the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
