DBasia.news – Head coach of Arsenal Unai Emery told German manager Joachim Low that he is not allowed to come to the club’s training center in Colney, London.
Low wanted to meet Arsenal star Mesut Ozil in an effort to ease the tension between the contender and the German FA.
Ozil retired from representing Germany’s national squad after they failed to defend the World Cup in Russia recently.
The former Real Madrid player said the issue of ‘racism and no respect’ was confronted with Turkish descent causing him to hang the boots.
Low claimed that Ozil’s remarks on the service of the national squad were deliberately enlarged.
German Bild newspaper reported his attempt to contact the player in vain over the retirement decision made by the 29-year-old.
After not receiving any feedback from Ozil, Low and German national squad manager Oliver Bierhoff flew to London in a bid to hold talks.
After contacting Arsenal for permission to enter the club’s training center without any conditions, they are informed that their presence is not welcome.
Bild claims that Emery himself gave no instructions to allow Low and Bierhoff to enter Colney London.
