Joe Cole Officially Coaches Chelsea Academy

The chance to get the experience to coach after the previous professional football player experience is common. It happens again in Chelsea with their former player from 2003 until 2010, Joe Cole.

Joe Cole got the chance to be part of Chelsea academy coaching staff in some age classification. This is part of his step to get the coaching qualification.

“Looking to the future, I want to stay involved in the game and I feel I can offer a lot as a coach. To lend my experience to help other young footballers achieve their dreams, just like I did, is a big passion of mine,” Joe Cole said during an interview cited by Chelsea’s official website.

The Blues would expect a similar impact from Joe Cole just like what they had when their former player Jody Morris filled that position and how the West London legendary player Frank Lampard became the coaching staff in Derby County.
