Jose Mourinho Admits He Does Not Need Rest
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Jose Mourinho said he would not rest after being sacked by Tottenham Hotspurs because the team’s performance did not improve.
Mourinho left Tottenham, who are currently struggling in seventh place in the Premier League. Although Spurs will compete in the League Cup final against Manchester City on Sunday (25/4), his dismissal is inevitable.
Mourinho has said that he has no intention of quitting football after being sacked from the Spurs chair. The 58-year-old coach said there was “no rest”.
The Portuguese coach was silent when asked if he had been treated unfairly. “You know me. I’m not going to say anything,” he told Sky Sports.
The coach who nicknamed himself The Special One added that he would always be in football. “There is no need to rest or charge the battery. I am always in football,” he added.
With Spurs, Mourinho recorded a winning streak of 51 percent, the lowest during his managerial career.
