DBasia.news – Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is impressed seeing how Juventus built the team to be Serie A leader.
Jose Mourinho failed to bring Manchester United to defeat Juventus on the Champions League matchday last week. Paul Pogba and friends got defeated 1-0. Paulo Dybala scored the only goal for Juventus.
Mourinho stated that he met Juventus President Andrea Agnelli. Mourinho said Juventus have great ambition.
“Before the game, I told president Andrea Agnelli that they’d win their eighth successive title. He replied it was not enough for him and that he wanted to win 10 in a row. I like how Juventus work,” Mourinho said.
Juventus lead the Serie A in 7 recent seasons. The last club who won the Serie A besides Bianconeri is AC Milan in 2010-2011
“They were already very strong and yet they made four more big signings in Cristiano Ronaldo, (Leonardo) Bonucci, Emre Can, and (Joao) Cancelo,” Mourinho added.
“They’re going for the treble and if they don’t succeed in it this season, they’ll try next year and so on,” Mourinho stated.
