DBasia.news – The golden era in the past is impossible to be repeated. Jose Mourinho thinks so. He doesn’t want to compare Manchester United current squad with the past success of The Red Devils.

Manchester United got left behind two times against Arsenal during the 2018-2019 Premier League match. Luckily, The Red Devils saved by the 2-2 draw result.

Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard were the heroes of Manchester United. Both players scored the equalizing goals for The Red Devils.

The result makes Manchester United continue the fact that they never win in the Premier League match. Paul Pogba and friends failed to achieve three points in four matches.

The condition makes Manchester United compared to the past squad. No wonder, The Red Devils were the respected squad in the past.

However, Jose Mourinho refused that opinion. The Portuguese manager asked to give more time for Manchester United players to grow.

“I have to disagree with people who try to compare this to teams of Roy Keane, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Nemanja Vidic, give us a break and time. I am happy with the soul and heart, but we are not consistent and uniform,” Jose Mourinho said.

“Today was more the same, but with great spirit and people ready to have a go and fight hard, it was a credit to the team. They went to the limit and were really tired. But Arsenal were only dangerous when we lost the ball in bad areas.”

“This is a performance of big soul and heart, (Marcus) Rashford, just to give a name, gave everything for the shirt. But even from our bench, you could feel the little panic when the ball comes to our defensive third,” Jose Mourinho added.
