DBasia.news – The 2-1 dramatic victory of Manchester United against Juventus in the Champions League ended with the provocative act from Man United manager Jose Mourinho to United fans at Juventus Stadium.
Manchester United showed their champion mentality in the match against Juventus on the fourth matchday of 2018-2019 Champions League, Thursday (8/11). They could reverse the situation.
Juventus played dominantly throughout the match and scored the goal first by Cristiano Ronaldo. Statistically, I Bianconeri were predicted to be the winner.
However, Manchester United performed impressively in the four last minutes of the match. Juan Mata and Leonardo Bonucci’s own goal made The Red Devils achieved three points.
After the match, Jose Mourinho provoked Juventus fans. The Portuguese manager placed his hand in the ear and winked on them.
However, Jose Mourinho has the reason why he did that. Manchester United manager admits that he was insulted by Juventus fans.
“I was insulted for 90 minutes. I didn’t offend anyone at the end, I just made a gesture that I wanted to hear them louder. I probably shouldn’t have done it, and with a cool head I wouldn’t have done it,” Jose Mourinho told Sky Sports Italia.
“But with my family insulted, including my Inter family, I reacted like this. I came here to do my job, nothing more.”
“A point or three would’ve changed little for Juventus, but three points make a big difference to us,” Jose Mourinho continued.
