Jurgen Klinsmann says Harry Kane should leave Tottenham Hotspur

DBasia.news – Harry Kane’s contract at Tottenham Hotspur runs out in 2024 and there is speculation that Bayern Munich may be interested in bringing the England international player to the Allianz Arena.

Meanwhile, Jurgen Klinsmann, who played for both clubs during his active career, then gave the striker advice regarding his future.

“I’m a huge Harry fan. There’s no doubt about that, and all of us at Spurs are too. It’s a decision he’ll have to make sooner or later. He knows he has a great team at the moment, a strong-minded manager, so we all hope he really starts winning trophies now with Spurs,” he told The Athletic.

“That’s our hope. But also, I think people will forgive him if at some point he says, whether it’s next summer or the summer after his contract expires, that he’s going to move to a club that might give him a higher probability of winning trophies. But I still have hope that it will happen at Spurs.”

Kane insists that he is “focused” on trying to win trophies with Spurs amid rumors of a move to Bayern, but speculation about his future is likely to continue, as he will enter the final 12 months of his contract next summer.

Kane needs just 12 games to reach 10 Premier League goals this season, which is the fastest double-digit record he has set in his career. At yesterday’s title, Kane did not score his 10th league goal until his 25th game of the season.

The Spurs striker is back in action in the Champions League on Thursday (27/10) against Sporting. The Spurs will qualify for the knockout stages if they win in north London.
