Juventus are willing to let go of Adrien Rabiot, for the sake of signing Roberto Firmino

DBasia.news – Juventus appear set to defend Liverpool player, Roberto Firmino in the summer of 2022 as Juventus are reported to have prepared 35 million euros or around Rp. 544.3 billion and prepared Adrien Rabiot as one of the player exchanges to smooth out Firmino’s transfer to Turin.

According to a report from Football365, the Bianconeri, Juventus’ nickname have been interested in signing Firmino in the transfer market this summer. Reportedly, they want the services of the 30-year-old player as a replacement for Rabiot.

“Juventus may seek to sign Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino this summer as part of a swap deal with Adrien Rabiot,” said a Football365 statement, Friday (1/7/2022).

As is known, Rabiot has been rumored to be leaving the Bianconeri. The Juventus midfielder has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent weeks.

Rabiot has played 129 games for Juventus since the start of the 2019-20 season. He has indeed made quite a convincing appearance at the club from Turin.

Meanwhile, for Firmino, he joined Liverpool in 2015 for 29 million euros. He has scored 98 goals and 74 assists in 326 appearances for the Reds, Liverpool’s nickname.

Unfortunately, the 30-year-old player was affected by an injury last season. Therefore, he was only able to start ten times in the Premier League in the 2022-2023 season. Meanwhile, his contract will expire in 2023 at Liverpool.

Juventus and Liverpool are currently reportedly considering a swap between Rabiot and Naby Keita. Both are also out of contract next year.

However, Juventus is also believed able to make a swap attempt for Firmino. It is understood that he is valued at at least 30-35 million euros or equivalent to Rp 544,3 billion.
