DBasia.news – Later, rumors circulated that Cristiano Ronaldo would leave Juventus at the end of this season. Seeing the developments that have occurred, Juventus director Fabio Paratici opened his voice.
Paratici has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo will not be going anywhere, even though he was recently linked with his former club Real Madrid.
The 35-year-old forward left Madrid in the summer of 2018 after nine successful seasons at the Santiago Bernabeu.
With Juventus, Ronaldo won the Serie A trophy for two consecutive seasons. In total the star scored 71 goals in 94 matches in all competitions.
But there is one thing that is blocking, along with Ronaldo, Juve still fail to get the Champions League trophy. It’s no secret, one of the goals Juventus are willing to buy Ronaldo dearly is to end the fast for the Champions League champions.
As a result, in the Ronaldo era, Juventus kicked out two coaches Massimiliano Allegri and Maurizio Sarri. The two coaches have not been able to present the Champions League trophy for Juve in the last 25 years.
Media reports from Italy say Ronaldo has been trying to smoothen relations with Madrid president Florentino Perez.
Ronaldo is also considered frustrated by Juventus’ efforts to cut player salaries to compensate for the financial losses caused by the Corona virus pandemic.
Regarding all that, Paratici emphasized that despite the news circulating, Ronaldo is not going anywhere. “I can assure you of Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Juventus,” Paratici said as quoted by Goal.
“We don’t pay much attention to the transfer rumors, there’s a lot of news every day.”
