Juventus reject Chelsea’s offer for Matthijs de Ligt

The 22-year-old player has two years remaining on his contract. He was linked with a move from Turin. The Dutch defender has reportedly expressed his desire to play in the Premier League next season.
Chelsea have led the race for De Ligt. The Blues want to strengthen the back line after the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
