DBasia.news –  The Serie A 2019-20 has rolled. Eight times defending champion, Juventus, has started it with a narrow victory over Parma.

Playing at Ennio Tardini on Saturday (8/24) evening local time, the Bianconeri dominated ball possession of up to 62 percent compared to 38 percent of the host. In fact, they released 14 attempted kicks and four on target – only one produced a goal.

The goal was created by Juventus captain, Giorgio Chiellini, through a set piece situation in the 21st minute. Chiellini converted Alex Sandro’s speculative strike into a goal against Parma. Juventus won 1-0 through his goal.

Cristiano Ronaldo originally created many chances and scored one goal. Unfortunately, one goal was disallowed by VAR (Video Assistant Referee) as Ronaldo was offside when he received the ball from his team mate.

Turning to LaLiga, Spain, Madrid failed to maintain the momentum of victory after conquering Celta Vigo with a score of 3-1. Playing at the Santiago Bernabeu, El Real drew 1-1 against Real Valladolid, a club owned by Madrid legend, Ronaldo (Brazilian Ronaldo).

Both goals were scored in the 10th minute of the match. Karim Benzema scored in the 82nd minute before being rewarded by Sergio Guardiola Navarro’s goal six minutes later. Madrid directed by Zinedine Zidane failed to take advantage of the ball possession they had.
