Kieran Tierney hasn’t been to Arsenal because of the Player Price Problem

DBasia.news –  The success of Arsenal to recruit Nicolas Pepe for 80 million euros did not stop their transfer maneuvers this summer. There are still some players who are targeted by the Gunners.

The Spaniard is reportedly trying to bring Glasgow Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney to strengthen the composition of his defense. As is known, in the last 2018/19 season the Gunners’ defense did look very porous.

In fact, the London Cannon has also made two offers to The Hoops to be able to bring Tierney. However, his efforts continued to fail because Celtic only wanted to release him at 25 million euros.

Neil Lennon as the Celtic coach also confirmed if until now the North London city club has not met the desired price of The Hoops.

“Certainly, the transfer market in the UK will be closed on Thursday. That could be a troubling period for any player,” Lennon was quoted as saying by Mirror Football.

“We have rejected two offers (from Arsenal), and the club knows that the price we want for Tierney has not been fulfilled,” he concluded.
