DBasia.news –  Carlo Ancelotti’s red card and Krzysztof Piatek’s debut happened in the 21st-week of Serie A match at San Siro, Sunday (27/1). AC Milan played with no goal against Napoli.

There’s no goal happened at San Siro. However, the match was intense by the ball chasing in the midfield. Napoli won the ball possession 54:46%. But, the host could equalize Partenopei in terms of on-target kicks.

Both Milan and Napoli created 14 chances. Five of them on-target and Napoli had six on-target kicks. However, thanks to the great goalkeepers of both teams, Gianluigi Donnarumma and David Ospina, their goals were clean sheet.

The match’s highlight is Krzysztof Piatek, the new player from Genoa worth 35 million euro. Piatek started his debut from the bench and substituted Patrick Cutrone in the second half.

The scorer of 13 goals in the Serie A didn’t score any goal in his debut. But, fans greeting on him was really warm. It seems like the Polish striker is the new idol of San Siro despite the debut.

The fans actually wanted to see Piatek collaborated with Cutrone in the front line. However, Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso won’t consider that for now.

“Yes, but not right now. I don’t like getting pinned back with a line of four in midfield, otherwise, you risk losing too much ground,” Gattuso told Football-Italia

“For now, they won’t play together, because it’s an issue of balancing the team. When we did use two strikers, we were too unbalanced, so I won’t do that for now.”

There’s something interesting happened before the final whistle. Napoli coach Ancelotti who also once coaching Milan in 2001-2009 was expelled by the referee for swearing.

“I said a swear word, although it wasn’t aimed at the referee. I’m not even sure it’s still considered swearing!” Ancelotti said.

The unfortunate result for both teams makes them fragile in the Serie A table. Milan who are in the fourth position might be surpassed by Roma who would have the match against Atalanta on Monday (28/1).

Meanwhile, Napoli couldn’t cut the distance with the unbeaten table-topper, Juventus. Bianconeri could add the gap with Napoli to be 11 points if they win the match against Lazio at Stadio Olimpico, Monday (28/1).
