Lacazette Denied the Rivalry with Aubameyang

Alexandre Lacazett
DBasia.news – Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette emphasized that there is no rivalry with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Instead, he feels joyful for the 40 goals achievement of his teammate.
Aubameyang is the main option this season. However, the player once lost his accuracy. Consequently, Lacazette took over his position.
“Really, for me no. If Auba score 40 goals and we go to the Champions League and we win something, too, I will be happy because this season, we just want to win something,” Lacazette said.
“There is no competition like who scores more goals on the weekend. Maybe in training, because it is better to improve, but not at the weekend. We just have fun, we laugh, but we work as well.”

Certainly, both are accurate for Arsenal. Lacazette already scored 5 goals in 11 matches. Meanwhile, Aubameyang scored 8 goals in 10 matches.
“People can see that we smile together, we are a good partnership. But when we have to work, we work. We know when we can work and when we can laugh,” Lacazette said.
“I’ve known him since we were in France and he knows me too. I know how he plays,” Lacazette added.
