Lampard becomes Everton’s manager, a nightmare for Arsenal

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Arsenal received unfortunate news from the arrival of Frank Lampard as Everton manager. Lampard is rumored to be blocking the transfer of Dominic Calvert-Lewin to the Gunners.

Mikel Arteta continues to urge Arsenal management to bring in a new striker before the winter transfer window closes. Moreover, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is also increasingly being pushed towards leaving.

Initially, Arsenal targeted Dusan Vlahovic who shone with Fiorentina in the last two seasons. However, the striker was reluctant to defend the Gunners.

Vlahovic finally headed to Juventus. Unfortunately, Fiorentina received less money than what Arsenal offered.

Arsenal also shifted their focus to Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Arteta assesses, the British striker fits his strategy. Although, lately Dominic Calvert-Lewin has often been injured.

However, Arsenal must be wary as Frank Lampard, who will be in charge of Everton, has no intention of selling Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

In the Daily Star report, when explaining his plans in front of the Everton management, Lampard confirmed that he would build a team by relying on Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Therefore, having Calvert-Lewin in the team will be very important.

With time running out, Arsenal need to move quickly to find other alternatives. If not, the Gunners would most likely be unable to bring in their targeted players.
