Leaving Chelsea, Conte Praised Players and Coach

DBasia.news – Juventus and Italy national team former coach, Antonio Conte, only stayed for two seasons as Chelsea coach. The Premier League and FA Cup titles can’t hold the 48-year-old coach from leaving.
The Blues ended the contract with Conte, whose contract should end by next year. His compatriot, Maurizio Sarri, replaced him. Conte was fired due to his failure to bring Chelsea finishing the previous Champions League.
Besides, the high-officials didn’t like frontal critics that Conte often said to media about Chelsea transfer policy. Moreover, there is also issue that Eden Hazard didn’t like Conte’s playing style that was too defensive and careful.
Nevertheless, Conte shows his high professionalism in doing his work. Not only giving innovation of three-defenders tactic known in England, Conte also trained Chelsea recently; though he knew Sarri will replace him.
“Antonio made an immediate impact when he arrived in the Premier League two years ago. His energy and enthusiasm for football have been infectious and it has been a privilege to have one of the best coaches in the world working in the Premier League to raise the standard of the league and his players at Chelsea, said LMA Chief Executive Richard Bevan in the official site.
Conte left with no resentment to Chelsea. On the other hand, he gave a farewell letter to Gary Cahill cs and wished for Chelsea’s future in Sarri period.
