Leonardo Denied the Offer from Chelsea for Gonzalo Higuain

Despite the rumor of signing Gonzalo Higuain who is on-loan from Juventus to AC Milan, Rossoneri Sporting Director Leonardo denied that rumor.

“We haven’t received any offer from Chelsea – no one has asked us for him and he didn’t ask to leave. Anyway, at AC Milan we keep only the players who want to stay here,” Leonardo said during an interview cited by Sky Sports.

Leonardo hopes Higuain could present his best performance considering the Italian team have been goalless in five recent matches and forced them to leave the top-four of 2018/2019 Serie A.
