Liverpool Leave Deep Injuries for Barcelona Players

Liverpool
DBasia.news – Barcelona’s heavy defeat from Liverpool at Anfield still leaves the deepest wound. At least that was recognized by Sergio Busquets. The midfielder hopes Barcelona will immediately rise to stare at the 2018-19 Copa del Rey final.
Barcelona are seeded out as winners in the Champions League semi-final duel against Liverpool. The assessment will be a reality after Lionel Messi and his friends won 3-0 in the first leg.
However, Liverpool managed to get up and turn things around at the second meeting. Mohamed Salah and colleagues won 4-0. As a result, the Reds have the right to advance to the final with a 4-3 aggregate lead.
According to Busquets, the defeat gave a deep wound to Barcelona. The Blaugrana failed to take advantage of the 3-0 advantage in the first leg.
“It’s very difficult to play. It’s always difficult to reunite after what we’ve experienced,” Busquets explained to FourFourTwo.
“We have to step into the Copa del Rey final. We get up every day a little more because the wound is small. We have to try to cure it,” continued the midfielder.
Barcelona will close League Cup 2018-2019 by visiting Eibar headquarters on May 19. Six days later, Ernesto Valverde’s troops will face Valencia in the Copa del Rey peak party.
