Liverpool Priced Ryan Kent at a high price

DBasia.news – The presence of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, and Xherdan Shaqiri, as players with wing-forward positions, made it difficult for the 22-year-old, Ryan Kent, to compete in Liverpool’s main squad.
The Englishman was loaned to Rangers throughout the 2018/19 season. Together with Steven Gerrard’s team, Kent was able to perform satisfactorily last season and was chosen to be the best young player in Scotland even though his team finished second.
Sky Sports reported that Rangers wanted to bring Ryan Kent permanently in the 2019 summer transfer market. But their desire did not produce positive results because the Reds were considered to be putting too high a price. The 7 million pound offer was what Jurgen Klopp’s team wanted.
Leeds United were reportedly interested in bringing in Kent, but Marcelo Bielsa’s team have brought Helder Costa from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Jack Harrison from Manchester City, both on loan.
