Looking up to Edinson Cavani, Mason Greenwood admits that he must have a ‘secret move’ at MU

DBasia.news – Manchester United young star, Mason Greenwood admits that he must improve his abilities if he is to stay ahead of his opponents.
Greenwood is just 19 years old and has been stealing the attention since last season when he scored 17 goals for Manchester United in all competitions.
So far, Greenwood has often been played at the wing attacking post, thanks to his speed and above average acceleration ability.
However, Greenwood admits that opposing players have now begun to recognize his playing style. Greenwood is also determined to hone his skills in other positions.
“I am happy and playing at United, which was all I wanted to do as a child,” Greenwood told Manchester United’s official website.
“I just want to get back to scoring goals and be involved in more goals, really. People learned some of the things I did last season, so I have to combine my play and obviously keep working hard in training. I know Ole and the players supported me to help me in that, “he added.
“It’s all about improvement. You always have to discover new things because the team will start watching you, like we did with video analysis and stuff like that, so you always have to have some tricks up your sleeve. ” he explained.
Furthermore, Greenwood admitted that he learned a lot from the figure of Edinson Cavani, who had just joined Old Trafford last summer.
“Anyone can learn from him, whether it’s a young player or an older player. He came here and set an example. I love the things he does, so I definitely picked up on the little things he does, “said Greenwood.
“I watched him in training and was always watching him, to see what moves he made, so I can add that to my game. So, in my opinion, it is a huge advantage that he is here, “he continued.
“You can see the two goals he scored against Southampton were incredible. Those are the things he has done for 10 to 15 years at PSG and at Napoli, so he is a good footballer. ” he concluded.
