Manchester United Legend Doubts Raphael Varane Can Adapt to English Football

DBasia.news – Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has commented on the issue of Raphael Varane joining the Red Devils. The legend doubts Varane can adapt to football in England.

Manchester United have reportedly reached an agreement with Real Madrid over Raphael Varane. The French defender was brought in for a dowry of 50 million euros.

Varane’s presence is expected to make Man United’s defense stronger. Varane will partner with Red Devils captain Harry Maguire.

However, not yet set foot at Old Trafford, Varane’s ability is in doubt. The reason is the different football culture in Spain and England.
