Manchester United’s Achievements Are Considered to Be Able to Make Their Star Players Stay

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes his star player will not leave if his team can win the trophy. This was in response to the midfielder’s desire, Paul Pogba to win the trophy.

Although he admits he doesn’t care, Solskjaer can understand that Pogba has a pretty strong ambition to defend a team that wins trophies. Currently, the 27-year-old player is often rumored to be leaving the Red Devils.

The issue was getting warmer after his agent, Mino Raiola, said Pogba’s time with Manchester United was coming to an end. But this was ignored by Solskjaer and gave a statement that the title would be able to make players stay at the club.

“There is always a demand here at Manchester United to win trophies,” Solskjaer said as quoted by Goal.

“And the more times we win trophies, the more players want to play for us – then you have to set a higher standard,”

The Manchester United legend also gave his response regarding Pogba’s current condition. According to him, the ambition of the French-born player is a positive thing that is shared by his team-mates.

“Paul has been here for some time and, of course, he wants to win more trophies. He has a very, very good attitude to train and play football,” he added.

“He loves football, he is ambitious, he wants to be successful – like most of the players in the squad. We are more or less the same,” concluded the 47-year-old manager.
