Marcos Alonso Admits Missing Eden Hazard

By db-admin

DBasia.news –  Chelsea left-back, Marcos Alonso, missed Eden Hazard. But on the other hand, Alonso is also happy to see the actions of young Chelsea players.

Hazard joined Real Madrid after spending seven seasons with Chelsea. At his old club, he managed to pack 110 goals plus 92 assists to win two Premier League and Europa League titles, as well as an FA Cup and League Cup.

In addition to losing Hazard, Chelsea is also subject to a transfer embargo which means they cannot buy players. Fortunately, young Chelsea players like Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, and Fikayo Tomori were able to meet expectations.

“There are many new players who have the opportunity and show their value,” Alonso said on the club’s official website.

“They did very well. They have brought very good energy to the team, and that is mixed with the experience of the older players, the balance in the team went very well and we all enjoyed this moment.”

“For other players who have been here long, it’s also good to continue to show our level of play. This is a difficult time when you cannot buy a player and you lose a good player, but the players here show that we have the quality to do great things,” Alonso added.

Chelsea itself is now ranked fourth in the English League standings. The Blues collected 20 points from 10 matches.
