Marouane Fellaini
DBasia.news – A good news for Manchester United’s supporter. Apparently, one of their prominent players, Marouane Fellaini is healthy.
This is announced by Belgium national team, Roberto Martinez. This is relieving for United, especially they will have a match against Chelsea on the 9th-week of Premier League at Stamford Bridge Stadium.
This is difficult for Man Utd considering Chelsea are unbeatable in the Premier League so far. The result made Chelsea stay in the runner-up position with the similar point with the leader, Manchester City.
Hence, Manchester United need all the squad to steal the point at Stamford Bridge. But, one of the key players in the midfield, Marouane Fellaini got injured.
The former Everton player couldn’t defend Belgium national team against the Netherlands in the friendly match on Wednesday (17/10). According to Martinez, the curly player got injured.
“He should be fine, it’s just he wasn’t 100 percent,” Martinez said quoted by Sky Sports.
“He’s got an important game at the weekend and this wasn’t the game to use players who weren’t 100 percent. We expect he should be fine in the next couple of days,” Martinez uttered.
Marouane Fellaini indeed isn’t the priority choice for Jose Mourinho in the midfield. But, the player often becomes the ace card in Manchester United’s difficult moments. So far, the 30-year-old player scored one goal and two assists in 11 matches of all competitions.
