Mikel Arteta Clarifies the Commotion in Arsenal’s Dressing Room

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Arsenal coach, Mikel Arteta, clarified the internal rumors that the team was damaged was the cause of the decline in performance. Arteta admitted that all the players were in good shape.

Arsenal have only won one win in the last 10 Premier League matches. Not surprisingly, Arsenal are in 15th place and only four points above the red zone.

A number of media in the UK said the minor results were due in part to the split in the dressing room. The relationship between the players began to get along.

However, Mikel Arteta dismissed the news circulating. According to him, Arsenal players actually united to improve their position.

“The atmosphere of the dressing room is very good when we are all injured. The results in the Premier League are painful, everyone is worried, and everyone is suffering. We want to work more to get results,” said Arteta as reported by Sky Sports.

“When you lose the match, the atmosphere in the dressing room becomes difficult. Everyone suffers because they care. However, there is unity there,” he said.

“Is there a union that reaches 100 per cent in the club? That is impossible for any club to have, even when it wins. Because when there are players who are not involved it becomes difficult.”

Next, Arsenal will host Manchester City in the Premier League Cup knockout tie on Wednesday (23/12). Four days later, it was Chelsea’s turn to visit the Emirates in the Premier League.
