Milan Targeting Douglass Luiz

DBasia.news – AC Milan are deliberating to sign Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz. Reportedly the English Premier League club has put up a tag of 30 million euros.

Luiz spent the last three years of his career at Villa, having joined from Manchester City in July 2019.

The Brazilian has established himself as an important player at Villa Park, but he has only one year left on his contract and this summer is his club’s last chance to profit from his sale.

The 24-year-old’s representative and agent believes that there is a good chance of a deal being struck this summer, but if not they are ready to negotiate a free transfer in January.

It has been reported that Villa would prefer to profit from the sale of Luiz and are open to negotiating their starting price.

If Luiz arrives at the San Siro before the transfer window closes, he may not be the only new signing brought in to strengthen Stefano Pioli’s midfield.

After learning that Milan are also working on a deal for the transfer of Lille playmaker, Renato Sanches, who was lined up as a replacement for Franck Kessie.

The Rossoneri are also targeting other players with big reputations, with Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech and Argentina international player, Paulo Dybala reportedly also on their radar.
