DBasia.news – Former Arsenal, coach Arsene Wenger gave his comments regarding comments made by Jose Mourinho on his autobiography, and provided an explanation regarding offers from Real Madrid in the past.

The problem started when Arsene Wenger launched a book titled My Life in Red and White. In the book, Wenger wrote a lot about his competition with Manchester United coach, Sir Alex Ferguson.

Interestingly, Wenger did not discuss a tactical battle with Jose Mourinho. In fact, The Special One coached Arsenal’s two rivals, Chelsea and Manchester United, during Wenger’s tenure.

When asked regarding his name which was not included in Wenger’s book, The Special One mentioned one striking reason. According to Mourinho, Wenger did not include his story because he never won when they faced each other.

This statement also received a response from Arsene Wenger. Wenger considered, Mourinho is fond of provoking.

“It doesn’t bother me. It’s just a provocation. I feel like I’m in a kindergarten with him. However, it is part of Mourinho’s personality,” Wenger told Canal.

“He was wrong. We beat him twice. We won and a lot of draws,” continued Wenger.

“He didn’t win, but he just participated in it. We were the winners. The coach is there to bring out the best in the team.”

Arsene Wenger is still unemployed today. He has been linked with a number of clubs such as AC Milan, AS Monaco and Real Madrid. However, Wenger still hasn’t obtained a new destination.
