Mohamed Salah Signs A New Contract, But Is Considered To Mock Liverpool

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Mohamed Salah signed a new contract with Liverpool for a duration of 3 years until 2025. Mohamed Salah is now 30 years old, but Mo Salah has been judged by the Legend of Manchester United, Gary Neville, who thinks Mo Salah is toying with Liverpool.

Mo Salah is happy with the contract extension and believes there will still be many trophies to be won at Liverpool. Mo Salah has scored 156 goals from 254 matches with the team he has played for since 2017.

“I feel great and (I’m) excited to win trophies with the club. It’s a happy day for everyone,” said Mo Salah on the club’s official website.

“It will take a bit of time, I think, to update, but now it’s all done so we just need to focus on what’s next.”

“I think you can see in the last five or six years the team is always (up). Last season we almost won four, but unfortunately in the last week of the season we lost two trophies.”

“I think we are in a good position to fight for everything. We also have new players. We just need to keep working hard, have a good vision, be positive and do everything again.”

The clarity regarding the future is over and Mo Salah also has a significant salary increase. His current salary is close to £400,000 per week and he is the highest earner at the club.

This was considered by football pundit and Manchester United legend, Gary Neville, as a ‘win’ for Mo Salah who managed to play Liverpool until the club increased his salary.

“Salah has played them (Liverpool) not (with a laughing emote),” Neville said via Twitter.

Previously, Neville had also predicted that Mo Salah would not continue his career at Liverpool, especially after winning the Premier League and Champions League there, and was predicted to go to Real Madrid.
