By db-admin
DBasia.news – Manchester United (MU) has began looking for alternative players to fill the holes for injured players. After meeting a deadlock in hunting down Bruno Fernandes and Edinson Cavani, MU has began to target strikers, Odion Ighalo and Islam Slimani.
Ighalo, the former Watford striker, is currently defending Chinese club, Shanghai Shenhua. Meanwhile, Slimani is on loan at Leicester to AS Monaco.
Ighalo has scored 17 goals in 55 matches in the Premier League for the Hornets, before moving to China in 2017. Meanwhile, Slimani has produced 13 goals in 46 appearances for Leicester. But he has been on loan at Newcastle, Fenerbahce and Monaco since arriving at King Power Stadium from Sporting Lisbon in 2016.
