Odion Ighalo’s dream when he left Manchester United

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo realizes his time at Old Trafford is coming to an end. He dreams of continuing his career in Major League Soccer before retiring.

Manchester United borrowed Odion Ighalo from Shanghai Shenhua in the 2019 winter transfer market. At that time, Ighalo arrived before the transfer market closed. Ighalo was carried off after the Red Devils failed to bring in Erling Haaland.

His quality was doubted, but Odion Ighalo proved it. In fact, Man United has increased the duration of the loan until January 2021.

Now, Manchester United ensures that they will not use Ighalo’s services again. The player is also preparing to leave Man United.

Speaking to ESPN, the former Udinese player has one wish before retiring. He wants to play for the MLS.

“I watch MLS and the league there is going well. I want to play in MLS,” explained Ighalo.

“I have to wait for the offer. If there is a chance, I will accept it because the league is going well. This is a good life and I will like it,” he stated.

“Many players are heading there. In fact, there is Gonzalo Higuain from Juventus. Apart from that, there is also Giovanni dos Santos. So why not?”

“I want to go there if there is a chance. Become an experienced player and come there. I will do well. It is an opportunity if it comes for me.”

Regarding which club to go to, Ighalo is interested in defending Inter Miami. He will not refuse if an offer comes.

“David Beckham’s club, Inter Miami, is growing. So if there is a chance, why not?” concluded the striker.
